I must say this hotel represented the brand very well. Exceeded expectations and made me feel welcome from the moment I pulled up. I gave this hotel 5 stars and if I could give the the staff 10 stars I would do so. Especially Erica who thanked me for being a diamond member. Her smile is contagious !! The rooms comfy and cool but most important to me was the cleanliness. I slept well grabbed hot coffee which was delicious and made a note to self that when in town. It's a must I return. I encourage anyone reading the reviews and thinking of staying here to do so- It's a can't miss for me and for you too!
We stayed here when my mom was having surgery at abbott and I cannot thanks these guys enough for their empathy, understanding, hospitality, and overall amazing-ness! Special shout out to Tristan at the front desk and Joseph at the bar for taking such good care of us and being amazing people! The rooms were great too.
There were a few issues that the wonderful team members more than made up for. There are truly wonderful people working at this location! The food is terrific. The flatbread pizzas were great, the breakfast was satisfying and the drinks were cold. The room was great. My only quip, as always, are the soft fluffy pillows that try to suffocate you while you sleep. This is an excellent location across from the convention center and near quite a few food options.
I've enjoyed my trip here so far. I'm visiting a friend, and everything has gone smoothly. The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice also.
This hotel was a great experience in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at in the area. I recommend this location other than the lack of free parking. The valet is $35 per 24 hours.
I got a great discount with my work perks and the service was great. The lady Who checked me in was so friendly, she treated me like family from the get go. The room had an amazing view, a huge comfortable bed and was walking distance to many things downtown. Only negative part was that I had to pay for vale parking which was around $50.
Shuttle service in late night to airport, room cleanliness is very nice. First thing to callout is near mall easy access. Breakfast is little expensive. Rooms are little noisy.
